I'm considering losing the concept of the "python" config file and
creating a config file parser with a custom config file layout.  This
would have the following benefits:

1. It would be easier to prevent folk from "screwing up" python's syntax.
2. Things would no longer break if folk upgraded and didn't add the new
   options to their own config.

I can't come up with any bad results of this.  Going to begin work on
this.  I'm also going to add the ability to choose a config file.  (ie,
you can put the config wherever you feel is appropriate)
