I guess you are running Debian because a couple of days ago
python-twisted was upgraded to a new release incompatible with
pyaim/pyicq (and old pymsn).
To solve your problems go to http://snapshot.debian.net/ and download
the old version of python-twisted and open the package manually. Within
the package is a 'twisted' directory, copy that one to the src/
directory of your transports. (It solved my problems ;) )
