I heard about some people having only one-sided communication (they can
send but noch receive). I had one person that hadn't unterstood me. But
to most of the people it does work. I'm using the 0.7 by now.

When they changed it then it affects even official clients. I had the
same problems with one of my chat partners when using the official (old)
ICQ client.

When the problem lied on the other side (that means on the side of my
chat partner) then pyICQ-t hasn't more problems than official clients.

I saw this problem with people who use miranda and icq2000 on ICQ side.
It looks like I can read messages but they can't recieve my.

As I know miranda-im did fixing of this issue in latest OSCAR plugin.

My chat partner with the same problem uses miranda and trillian. He said
that the problem began when he installed an updated version.

Someone requested that a Forum be added for the .. well at least
PyICQ and PyAIM. Personally, I don't see what that buys you over
mailing lists and conference rooms. That said, I'm not opposed to
the idea of others think it would be useful. What do you all think?
Could easily set one up on blathersource.
