hi guys, i have installed twisted 2.2.0 python 2.4

when i tried to build pycrypto 2.0.1 on windows..i got this error

running build

running build_ext
error: The .NET Framework SDK needs to be installed before building extensions f
or Python.

why does it asked about .net framework?

This is a problem simply because the code I'm using doesn't support  
anything but clear text.  It probably won't be hard to implement once  
I have time to look at it.  Stay tuned!  (i'm going to submit this as  
a feature request for pyicq so I remember)
