[py-transports] AIM reconnection limit?

Hello. I was playing with my jabber account and eventually got the following 
error:

Authentication Error!
You have been connecting and disconnecting too frequently. Wait ten minutes 
and try again. If you continue to try, you will need to wait even longer.
========
Does anybody know what is the limit? How many times I am allowed to reconnect 
per hour before I am beaten by AIM?
