Hello,

I recently upgraded PyICQ-t (svn revision 125) and found problem:
If I try to lookup information on user which is not in my roster (also
not in my icq list) I got error "recipient-unavailable".
This issue didn't appear in old version of PyICQ-t.

Is this a bug or a feature ? :)

It's a "haven't finished incorporating new code." =)
