James,

I am currently in the process of getting my PyMSN-t RPM to conform to the
Fedora Extras package guidelines. The PyMSNt 0.10.3 tarball contains a
file COPYING, which is the GNU GPL, which kind of implies that the package
is licensed under that license (this is the basis on which I've put "GPL"
under the License header in the current RPM). However, none of the other
files mention anything about licensing. This'll probably be a major
blocker to submission to Fedora Extras.

James, can you please clear this up, including putting copyright
declarations in at least some files?

They're there :)

At the top of all the .py files is a copyright notice, with my name, a
year, and a sentence stating that the code is licensed under the GPL
version 2.
