Well, my friend, the MSN contact got very confused by this message since
she had not tried to send any file. And I didn't know that I had
exceeded the file size limit.

If you like to bug the MSN user, maybe the message should explain what
is going on? It could begin with: the contact xxx tried to send you a
file... 
And the message to the MSN contact should read "To receive larger
files..."
