I commented out confcompjid
Also changed mainServerJID to psordb02.mypartssource.com
Unfortunately still getting the same error about jabber:iq:register not
being defined.

I don't understand what this does. Each external component, with XCP,  
needs only one connection, and therefore only one compjid (already  
above). XCP does not require a compjid per hostname you support. He  
uses a compjid to name each external component connection.
