I did see once a kind of MSN proxy, which could make a normal MSN client
connect to a jabber server.
But it requires changing advanced settings in the MSN client, in which
cause you could just as well use a proper jabber client. But in both
cases the ACL is possible in the jabber server (provided you use one of
your own).
If you really want to have both MSN and ACL, then it would be a service
Microsoft could provide. Though I don't know if they do. It's possible
to get your own MSN server from them, though.
