It already uses XEP-0050 for service administration (connect all
users, get connected users, edit admin list, restart/shutdown server).
 It's also possible to connect/disconnect from the server, and request
motd or rules.

What other commands can you think of?  (Currently I guess you could
add all the nickserv/chanserv/etc commands)

Is changing the codepage once you're connected _that_ important?  I
can't think of a condition where you'd want to be able to do that.  At
the moment the codepage is the same for all channels of the server, so
it's not like you could even tweak it per channel (without a fair
amount of work in the codebase)
