[py-transports] "Source" for defaultJabberAvatar.png

I was wondering if anyone out there has a source copy of
defaultJabberAvatar (the blub image used in most of the python jabber
transports).  Specifically I'm looking for an svg file (if it was done
in Adobe or something originally, is it possible to export the image
as an svg?)

I'm looking to use it in some of my other transports and would really
prefer to use the best quality version I can find, e.g:
http://xmpppy.sourceforge.net/mail/

If anyone knows who made the image, or can find it on the mailing list
archives, the info would be greatly appreciated.
