Update on this: I can log in to ICQ today (with no changes at the files,
but running in debug mode now).

However, there's still a ciritical problem left: It doesn't show me all
contacts online. With 0.8 I have seen at least 2 contacts more online
than with 0.8a. I couldn't look at it any closer because 0.8 threw me
out a few seconds later. Looking in the books-long debug log of 0.8a, I
see a few "utf8 can't decode" exceptions. Can it be that those ICQ
contacts have away messages that PyICQt doesn't understand and thus
doesn't show the contacts available?
