PyICQt contains some code for it, but it never not called)
I don't think what needed full realization of SMS sending... As I see
on http://www.icq.com/sms/, possible send free SMS only in Czech
Republic, Israel, Singapore, Slovakia and Ukraine... Or this list not
full?
