I installed pyICQ-t 0.8.1.5-pre and have the same problem - it crashes when I add user. The same error

Reason: [Failure instance: Traceback (failure with no frames): <type 'exceptions.UnicodeDecodeError'>: 'utf8' codec can't decode byte 0x80 in position 3: unexpected code byte ] Try to use LANG=ru_RU.utf8 in startup script, but the same. Encoding in config file is CP1251.
