Problem:
Minimize Vim screen redraws when updating the debugger console
window.
Solution:
'insert' and 'remove' netbeans commands are buffered.
The buffer is flushed when the prompt is printed.
The buffer is flushed by a job scheduled on a timeout to handle
the case where there is no prompt, for example when running the
debugger 'continue' command.
