I've been unable to get pycuda to install - it seems to get to compiling
cuda.cpp, at which point msvc9.0 explodes when it hits the boost includes,
finally aborting after more than 100 errors.
The errors appear to be due to improper compiler settings, but I've been unable
to locate the file that actually contains these settings, and so have been
unable to fix it. Anyone have some ideas how to proceed?
