Hi, I finally found sometime to post some notes about installing PyCUDA on Mac OS X. It's very similar to the Linux one with slight differences. I recently switched to Mac so forgive me if I left some details out.
This is a work in progress and hopefully I will be adding (time allowing) to the wiki more troubleshooting tips as I encounter them. -massimo
