Hi all,

if you're finding that message delivery on this list is somewhat
unreliable for you, this has to do with the trashy provider that's
presently hosting it. (hostmonster.com, to name and shame them.) They
have a hard limit of 750 emails an hour, and the PyCUDA list has ~200
people on it.  Go figure.

I'm in the process of moving all my stuff to a dedicated server, but
I've put off the lists until after I finish my thesis (May). Until then,
we'll have to live with the present situation.
