I just released version 0.042 of scikits.cuda:

Some of the more notable changes in this release include
* exposure of CUBLAS v2 API and preliminary support for some CUBLAS 5 functions;
* exposure of more useful auxiliary functions provided by CULA Dense;
* post-FFT in-place scaling;
* support for specifying streams when creating FFT plans;
* improved library detection and behavior when certain libraries are absent;
* lots of bug and documentation fixes.
Enhancements and bug fixes are welcome. Apologies to current users for the long
time since the last release.
