Yes, there is.

It wasn't commited. So, I'm just commiting it now -- note that it can
take some time before it appears in the non-developers svn, so, I'm
attaching those files. Just place them on
org.python.pydev.runalltests/src/org.python.pydev.runalltests, then
right click > run as > (junit test or junit workbench test) depending
on whether you're running the workbench tests or not.

The manifest was also wrong (and is also attached)

The svn must be at version 2705.
