The use-case is the Django settings module invoked by:
from django.conf import settings
This invariably comes up as missing even though it's used.
I've been able to resolve most missing import issues by:
1) Window >> Preferences >> Interpreter-Python >> Apply
2) Project >> Properties >> PyDev-PYTHONPATH >> Force restore internal info
but settings remains elusive. It refuses to cooperate.
