Versions 3.0 and onwards of Pydev are said to require Eclipse 3.8 or 4.3. What is it in newer pydev versions that require at least Eclipse 3.8?
The reason I ask is that we are stuck with eclipse 3.7.2 as maven/tycho build platform, for some time to come, but we would like to be able to update to these newer Pydev versions anyway.
