Currently, if position cursor on a line in pydev and press CTRL+/ (or CTRL+3) several times, the line will get several "#"s added at its beginning. This doesn't make sense to me - I think it would be more useful if pressing CTRL+/ second time uncommented the selected line/block if it is commented out fully. In case a block is commented out partially, the behavior should be like the current one. Does this make sense?
