But it does not build the jython files if the jython folder is outside the 
Eclipse
project folder.

I wanted to copy Jython into the Eclipse project and check the whole project
into one CVS module. So it would not be so dependent on the environment, for
example there would be no need that Jython is installed in c:/Jython for
example.

Whats the solution? I am new to all this. Can I just use the jython.jar? Or
can I teach your plugin not to compile the jython files inside the folder of
Jython?
