I've had another report about it too (but still haven't been able to
reproduce it)... Anyway, a workaround to keep you going is:
1 - create a 'simple project' (not with the pydev dialog)
2 - create a folder and a .py file
3 - open that .py file
4 - right click the project and configure the project pythonpath
It's the same thing, but not with that specific wizard...
In the meanwhile, I'll try to see how can I reproduce this here...
