It works when running from eclipse or are you running from the shell?

Usually, it's just a matter of correctly specifying your system and project
pythonpaths correctly (http://fabioz.com/pydev/manual_101_root.html), but it
may be that it is some module that's dynamically loaded (so, you would need
to add it to the forced builtins -- but only if that's really only available
at runtime -- the manual has some notes about that too).
