Ctrl+2 then 'c' is not on the menu... Pydev adds a way for python scripts to plug in to it, and it provides a Ctrl+2 and then some other combination of keys (note that you must have focus on the Pydev editor) -- For a list of the keys provided, you can do Ctrl+2 and then 'help' -- after making Ctrl+2, it'll start recording the keys and will show what you type in the status bar.
