Ignore my above post. Further reading of the `Getting Started` guide reveals that I must right click on the ruler, or press Ctrl+F10, then use the mouse to select Add/Remove Breakpoint. Is there a reason the standard Toggle Breakpoint cant be used? Can Add/Remove Breakpoint be assigned to a key?
