Can you test with version 1.4.2 (there were some bugfixes on that release)? Also, do you have some error in your error log? Do you run with multiple python interpreters (if so, sometimes clearing the .pyc files in your project and in org.python.pydev/pysrc can make things work again -- not sure why that happens, but I've already seen it happen) If that doesn't work, that might indicate a debugger bug. So, please report it as a bug, and if possible, please attach an example (with a sample example) of what's not working.
