It's not down (I'm able to access it and I'm not locally there...). Still, yours is not the 1st complain I had about that, and I still haven't been able to discover why some people don't seem able to access it. The solution for now is getting the nightly build (right now, the last nigthly build is the same version as the latest release, so, that should be OK).
