Pydev uses that same setting (the Content Assist), but Ctrl+\ is already binded
in Pydev to uncomment. So, you can either remove the uncomment binding that's
set in Pydev or you can change the content assist to some other that doesn't
conflict  -- the most common when not Ctrl+Space is Alt+/  (so, I'd recommend
that one).
