Well, the way it works is the one that actually makes most sense to me, 
especially
because you usually have lots of unit-tests, and only rarely -- at least in
my case -- want to start the main module of the application (in my 
modus-operandi,
what I really want is to run the test-case I'm working on and not the project,
then change lots of files and rerun that test-case).

And if I want to run the main module, I can just select it and run it once and
after that, whenever Ctrl+F11 is run (provided I don't run other things), that
module will be run... And if another run was made after, it's just a matter
of relaunching a previous launch from the history.
