That's the correct place to ask it... (sorry for the delay) Unfortunately, there's no such variable available (so, please, add a feature request for it: http://pydev.sourceforge.net/faq.html#how_do_i_report_a_feature_request ) So, for now either you have to use one of the available ones (and make it relative to those) or you have to leave it fixed.
