Right now, you can only do that if you use one of those with the remote debugger (so, you can run your java code using the jython jars from the java debugger and use the pydev extensions remote debugger: http://fabioz.com/pydev/manual_adv_remote_debugger.html or you can run the jython code from the pydev debugger and use the java remote debugger to connect to it).
