Same problem here, on two different computers (one Linux, one Windows, on different networks). I had the same problem with the last update and only solved it with a completely fresh install of Eclipse. So I fear this bug will essentially stop me from ever updating PyDev in the future, which is is a major annoyance. Pydev is the only extensions causing this problem for me, so it is Pydev specific (even it if is caused by an underlying Eclipse bug).
