Can you give the complete info on the eclipse version you're using (is it the eclipse SDK, only platform runtime? What's the build id?) Which other plugins besides pydev do you use? Another thing: in the Project Explorer (and not on the Pydev package explorer), do you have the top-level elements in the menu?
