You can create a link... Go to new > File or Folder > click on advanced and check the 'link to file in the file system'. Note that while it will show in the explorer, those links are not considered for having files in the PYTHONPATH (so, you can have a link to a source folder but you cannot have a link to a python file or folder under a source folder).
