I agree it should be as simple as possible... still, it's probably being a 2 page wizard -- pretty similar to the current wizard, but with changes for handling the project contents and configuring the pythonpath (already filled by default with the 'common' case) instead of asking about the default src folder -- because that additional info is really needed for creating the project.
