I'm interesting in the same thing except there is no shared file system. I use winpdb for debugging usually. I've thought http://www.eclipse.org/dsdp/tm/ might be useful but like much of eclipse I've never been successful getting it working. This may be in part due to me being disabled and needing to use speech recognition. In the opinion of a person with broken hands, eclipse seems very hand focused.
