Not really, you should use file > import > existing projects into workspace (if it\'s a project that already has the .project) Otherwise, you should create a new project and just set it to point to the existing sources (without creating a src folder as you already have it) and later configure the pythonpath for that project as described at: http://pydev.org/manual_101_project_conf2.html (if you believe it could be better, please add a feature request -- maybe a create from existing sources?).
