Check if there\'s some information on help > about > installation details. Now, if it\'s not in the correct place and you installed through the update manager, it\'s an issue with eclipse itself (did you use a version from eclipse.org or from your linux distribution?) Note that it\'s possible that it does not have write permission in the /usr/share/eclipse directory and ended up installing elsewhere (but this is only speculation -- you should probably ask at eclipse.org (if it was a version from eclipse.org) or to your linux distribution if you used a version that\'s distributed by them (as I know they change many things when making the distribution).
