Just fixed that bug, unfortunately, it'll only be available in the next release of aptana studio 3 (as you can't update just pydev within aptana studio 3). However, it's not something that requires recompiling pydev (it's just adding a retroweaver-rt.jar to the classpath), so, if you want, you can apply the patch (which you can get at http://github.com/aptana/Pydev/commit/2e6557041d87d488627ce3bff712a7aaff05e985 ) to plugins/org.python.pydev.django_templates at your environment (just copy the jar from that path to the proper place and fix plugins/org.python.pydev.django_templates/META-INF/MANIFEST.MF).
