I was taking a look at that and couldn't find any way to make that
happen... I believe you could disable the cdt builder and let the
auto-build on and re-enable it when you want, but I'm not sure this is
a feasible approach (as the cdt build is usually slower, it may be
worth asking in the cdt list to know if they have some other choice as
that's probably something quite more common for cdt).
