Sorry, but that's not the interactive console. The interactive console is a python shell inside of eclipse (see: http://pydev.org/manual_adv_interactive_console.html ). That's actually a tooltip, so, it's the way tooltips are show in eclipse (which by default is the system color...). Haven't found a way to configure that within eclipse, so, you may want to create a bug at eclipse.org to ask for a way to configure that color only inside of eclipse.
