Usually what I do after having qt installed is just associating .ui files to
be opened with the qt designer. It may also be useful to create a builder that
will run pyuic for the changed .ui files automatically (right click project
> properties > builder).

There's also the http://qt.nokia.com/developer/eclipse-integration/ -- but I
haven't personally used it.
