Actually, the problem seems to be that you have to set the PATH variable when you do the run (not the pythonpath). I think that if you have the PATH variable configured in the same shell you execute Eclipse, it should already work (note that you have to restart eclipse if it still wasn't configured). Another choice is editing the PATH variable in the run configuration or in the interpreter configuration related to that run.
