I am having problems experimenting withJython based scripting as described in http://pydev.org/manual_articles_scripting.html. I have Eclipse 3.6 SR1, Pydev 1.6.5 and Jython 2.5.2 RC4. I have configured the Jython interpreter within Pydev and I have configured "Scripting Pydev" to show scripting output on a console. I have uncommented the print statement in pyedit_example.py and saved the file. However, when I look at the Pydev scripting console I only see messages about reloading pyedit_* files including pyedit_example.py, and I do not see the expected output from pyedit_example.py when I open or close *.py files in Pydev. What am I missing?
