This usually means you have one default interpreter and are trying to configure another interpreter, but the environment variables point to another one... Can you try running from the command line the following: path\to\python D:\bin\eclipse361\plugins\org.python.pydev_2.1.0.2011052513\PySrc \interpreterInfo.py and post the full output? Also, please post your PYTHONPATH, PATH, PYTHONHOME and PYTHONROOT variables.
