Oops, it looks like someone removed/renamed them from us.pycon.org. I run the www.pycon.org site but not us.pycon.org. However those graphics and stylesheets were being pulled from the official us.pycon.org website, which I guess changed their look.
I'll try to scrape up the original files and repoint www.pycon.org to them instead.
